Welcome. I’m Lekha Nambiar, a lifelong seeker, teacher, and guide on the path of Tantra and self-realization. With nearly two decades of spiritual exploration, my journey has been profoundly shaped by the timeless teachings of Vijnan Bhairav Tantra, which I first encountered at the serene Osho Nisarga in Himachal. This transformative path led me to Corfu, Greece, where I completed my Tantra teacher training under the guidance of Ma Anand Sarita, a direct disciple of Osho. These pivotal experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of Tantra as a holistic healing force, capable of awakening profound self-awareness.

As the founder of NAMAH: Neo-Tantric Academy of Mysticism and Holism, I am dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for others to explore their own journeys of self-discovery and inner transformation. NAMAH blends the timeless wisdom of classical Indian Tantra with the therapeutic potential of Neo-Tantra, offering immersive workshops and training that guide individuals toward authentic transformation. Our practices include chakra integration, trauma healing, polarity exercises, bioenergetic practices, and more. Alongside ancient rituals and teachings from Indian classical Tantra, I incorporate contemporary healing modalities from various spiritual traditions to ensure a balanced, accessible, and deeply integrative approach.

In addition to my spiritual work, I am an avid traveller, having drawn inspiration from ancient civilizations and landscapes around the world. I am also a published Indian English writer, and have a background of over 25 years in teaching English literature, which informs my mindful, compassionate approach to every session and retreat. My spiritual experiences are also enriched by my training in Indian classical music. I am also a proud mother of twin daughters, who continually remind me of life’s most profound joys.
